I've been a member for 10 months and for the most part enjoyed the facilities. Clean, safe and nice people that work here. Why I give it such a low rating is the bicycles and rowing machine. They have Schwinn series bikes and they work very poorly, Each time you increase the resistance, the bikes emit a high squeal. I've called routinely about the poor bikes and they have not replaced them. If you invest in the monthly cycle program, at least fix your bikes so we can enjoy them. I've talked to more members who would use them but the squeal makes them no fun to ride. They also need new batteries in all the bikes to measure your RPM's. Simple to do but another example where they don't invest in the bikes. The rowing machine monitor is warn out and needs to be replace.
